Webcast Technology Details

(a) The video comes through your Web browser. It is not a studio production with talking heads and the like, it is a slide show that is delivered to your browser over the Internet. If you are having a large audience viewing the webcast, you will most likely need to use a data projector.

(b) The audio comes through your telephone. You will need, for small groups, a speakerphone. For larger groups, whoever does your technology can suggest how to magnify the telephone sound.

(c) Whoever registers your site for the webcast will receive information the day before the webcast, detailing where to link in and where to call to receive the two separate data streams.
